Renowned messaging platform WhatsApp is known for experimenting with a new feature as it improves its stickers option.

WhatsApp’s new sticker maker tool — available to some beta testers via the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS update on the TestFlight app — not only enables users to create stickers within the Meta-owned platform but also allows them to edit them.

As per WABetaInfo, the feature essentially eliminates the need for any third-party applications.

Users now have the choice to make their own customised sticker by selecting one from the conversation.

The platform launches the drawing editor when a picture is chosen from the library, and it highlights the subject of the picture automatically.

It’s important to note that users can also edit already-existing stickers by choosing the “Edit sticker” action, giving them more flexibility and customisation choices and improving their ability to express themselves in conversations.

By choosing the share action, users can turn shared images into stickers.

With the addition of the ability to make stickers directly within WhatsApp and the ability to eliminate background while editing stickers, users can now easily and rapidly create and modify stickers without the need for additional software.

Some beta testers who have installed the most recent WhatsApp beta for iOS from the TestFlight app can access the new sticker maker tool, and more users will be able to access it in the upcoming weeks.
