Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between Digital Products Hub, hereinafter referred to as “Company,” and the “commission based salesperson/affiliate”, hereinafter referred to as “commission based salesperson/Affiliate.”
Enrollment in the “commission based sales program/Affiliate Program”
By enrolling in the Company’s “Commission based sales program/Affiliate Program”, Salesperson/Affiliate agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Commissions
Minimum Sales Requirement for Initial Payout: To ensure the integrity of our “Commission based sales program/affiliate program” and verify genuine Salespersons/affiliate marketers, a minimum of 10 successful sales is mandatory before the first payout. This prerequisite is designed to prevent fraudulent activities and establish the authenticity of your affiliate marketing efforts.
Payout Schedule and Timing: Sales/Affiliate commissions are disbursed thrice a month, specifically on the 10th, 20th and the last day of each month. For the initial payout, it is essential to achieve a minimum of 10 successful sales. Please be aware that if the 10th, 20th or the last day of the month coincides with a bank holiday or national holiday, the payout will be processed on the next working day. After the designated payout date, please allow for a processing period of approximately 3 to 7 business days for the payment to be completed and reflected in your account.
- Commission Structure: The Company agrees to pay Salesperson/Affiliate a commission for each qualified sale or action as outlined in the “Commission based sales program/Affiliate Program” details.
- Payment: Commissions will be paid according to the Company’s payment schedule. The Company reserves the right to modify the payment schedule with prior notice.
- Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions on refunded or chargebacked transactions will be deducted from future payments to the Salesperson/Affiliate.
Promotion Guidelines
- Marketing Practices: Salesperson/Affiliate agrees to promote Company products/services ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited Activities: Salesperson/Affiliate shall not engage in any form of misleading or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate the Salesperson’s/Affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or engaging in activities that may harm the Company’s reputation.
Confidentiality
Salesperson/Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any non-public information obtained during the term of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
- Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Salesperson/Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
By enrolling in the Company’s “Commission based sales program/Affiliate Program”, Salesperson/Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
